Photograph restoration is an extremely rewarding process of digital imaging. Paper degradation is inevitable over time - especially with the older photograph papers. Thanks to digital imaging technology, we can work with either an electronic copy of your old photograph that you provide (subject to quality standards), or the original photograph itself, and restore it to its former glory.

Even an old photo that's been torn, peeled, and faded, can be brought back to life. We can provide a watermarked sample proof image by email or print before you receive your finished product. Of course, there are limits to what can be done. A bit of imagination and technical know-how is typically enough to restore most images, but there are extreme cases where portions of the image are missing. We do our best to re-create missing structures or crop superfluous areas if need be.

Do you have an old family picture that you simply adore, but can't stand that old brown lamp in the background? Well, get rid of it - the lamp, that is. Element removal is a common request and can be a fairly simple process, depending on the photograph. As with all photograph manipulations, there are limits as to what can be done depending on the condition of the original image.

We can also colorize black & white photographs, and of course, convert color photos to black & white. But enahancement does not only involve black & white photos - we can also restore original/natural color to washed out and faded color photographs.
