Since the world is our studio, all of our shoots are done on location at our clients' residences, various parks and venues in and around the city, or wherever we're needed.
Travel
We believe in the buy local philosophy and do not charge our Edmonton and area clients for travel. For travel within Alberta, interior BC, and Western Saskatchewan, we charge $0.46 CDN per kilometre for highway travel in addition to food and accomodation. Travel outside of this boundary is subject to airline travel costs in addition to food and accomodation.
Rentals
All shoots that require additional gaff and grip are subject to additional fees based on rental rates from the rental houses we acquire equipment from. W e don't mark-up rental costs to our clients.
Clearances
Any location which requires clearance for a photo shoot must be organized by the client. All documentation and copies of insurance riders must be kept on site if applicable. Public facilities generally allow photography to the public with no clearance requirements.
